Refresh was created by Abby Heath who is a sophomore at Liberty University. She has experienced the fluidity of friendships and wanted to create a space for freshmen girls to meet other girls their age and actively read the word of God. The leaders of Refresh have a heart for younger girls and are passionate about pouring into them.
